Additional Information
- Rates are based on double occupancy.
- Additional people $3.00/day for RV sites, $5.00/day for Rentals.
- Children are $2.00/day for RV sites, $3.00/day for Rentals.
- 50 amp - $3.00/day
- Rentals are fully furnished.
- Rentals require a two (2) night minimum stay and a three (3) night minimum on all holiday weekends.
- On-site storage is $50.00 per month during off peak months.
- Cable, WIFI and Telephone available for an additional charge.
Cancelation Policy
Cancellations are subject to a minimum $5.00 cancellation fee. In addition, Cancellations made within 7 days of scheduled check-in are non-refundable. For monthly reservations, 45 day notice of cancellation is required to obtain a refund. No refunds provided after scheduled check-in date.
Park Rules
- Raintree RV Park is not responsible for any damage or loss of property.
- Speed limit is 5 mph in the park.
- Quiet time is from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am.
- Pets must be on a leash AT ALL TIMES, picked up after and walked away from RV's. No barking or unattended animals allowed.
- An adult must accompany all children under the age of 16 at all times.
- No major overhauls or renovations of RV's or automobiles on park property.
- Mail will be received and distributed by management only.
- Please help keep the washrooms, laundry and clubhouse clean and orderly.
- All sewer connections must use a donut.
- No metal stakes in the ground without being marked. (i.e. dog runs)
- No campfires allowed at any time.(by city ordinance)
- Washing of vehicals, campers or boats in park is allowed for a nominal fee.
- Only two (2) vehicles are allowed on each site, including boats. Please keep them on your site or make arrangements with management.
- No trimming of tree's allowed without management's approval.
- There is catch & release only fishing in both ponds for park guests only.
